Dehydrated vegetable stock made with vegetables such as carrot, onion, leek, turnip and garlic. Low in salt and free from gluten and lactose. This vegetable stock is a versatile base for soups, blended soups, purées, rice dishes, stews and sauces, or for adding vegetable flavour to other recipes. Dissolves easily in hot water and is suitable for home and professional kitchens.
