Taliment Protisweet Cocoa is a dehydrated powder mix for making a high-protein custard-style dessert, intended as a dessert or afternoon snack for people with chewing or swallowing difficulties. Provides 57 g of protein per 100 g of dehydrated product, contains 35% cocoa and is enriched with vitamins and minerals. To prepare, disperse 100 g of the mix in 1 L of semi-skimmed milk and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 100 g pack. Contains egg, milk and their derivatives, including lactose, and aspartame, a source of phenylalanine.
Taliment Protisweet Vanilla is a dehydrated powder mix for making a high-protein custard-style dessert, intended as a dessert or afternoon snack for people with chewing or swallowing difficulties. Provides 78 g of protein per 100 g of dehydrated product and is enriched with vitamins and minerals. Its vanilla flavour adds variety to an adapted diet.
